Terms of Service

These terms cover Phoenix Orthodontists, a FoundTrail Group directory. Questions and notices: info@phoenixorthodontists.net.

Directory purpose and independent practices

This website provides practice information for general reference. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical referrals. Directory use does not create a provider–patient relationship. Practices are independent and responsible for their care, services, fees, websites, and business operations.

Information may be incomplete or change. Confirm services, insurance participation, benefits, appointments, and fees with the practice and your insurer. A listed insurance company or plan does not guarantee that orthodontic treatment is covered for a particular patient.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit false or misleading information, send sensitive patient information, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Contact us to request corrections rather than relying on information you believe is inaccurate.

Premium advertising

Each city directory has exactly five premium positions. The current price is $497 per month for one practice location and one city directory. Orthodontic specialists, pediatric practices offering orthodontics, and general dentists offering orthodontic services are eligible. Positions and practice data are independent between city directories.

An active premium placement includes priority above standard listings within matching directory search results, a card and practice page clearly labeled as sponsored, and optional approved enhancements. Enhancements may include a logo, short and expanded descriptions, up to five office or team photographs, doctor biography, detailed services, office hours, new-patient information, and a direct appointment link. Existing contact and insurance information remain available. Optional materials are not required to activate a paid placement, and search filters still determine which practices appear.

External recurring subscriptions and activation

An inquiry does not reserve a position, create a subscription, or authorize a charge. Each premium position costs $497 per month. The practice location, activation date, price, and initial paid period are confirmed in writing. FoundTrail arranges recurring subscriptions outside this website through PayPal or another approved payment processor. The advertiser must explicitly authorize recurring payments through that processor. There is no integrated automatic checkout or payment-processing connection on this website, and no website form collects payment card numbers.

The first advertising period begins on the agreed activation date after the initial payment is confirmed. Later billing follows the subscription schedule authorized with the external processor. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. FoundTrail manually records confirmed payments and manages placement activation, paid-through dates, renewal periods, and expiration through its administrative system. An external charge does not automatically update the website; FoundTrail reconciles it with the agreed advertising record.

Cancellation and renewal

Advertisers may cancel future renewals at any time through the payment processor’s subscription controls or by contacting info@phoenixorthodontists.net with the practice and subscription details. FoundTrail processes cancellation requests promptly and coordinates and confirms cancellation with the external processor. Requests received before the next billing date will be handled promptly to prevent future charges, subject to applicable payment-processor requirements. No advance notice period or cancellation fee is imposed by these terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid advertising period. No additional subscription charges should occur after cancellation takes effect. Any charge made in error after that effective date should be reported promptly for correction.

Premium placement remains active through the current paid period unless an earlier end is separately agreed or permitted for a material violation of these terms. FoundTrail records the cancellation and paid-through date in its administrative system. A website status change alone does not cancel an external billing agreement, and the advertiser’s external subscription must also be canceled. A canceled subscription is not reactivated or charged again without the advertiser’s authorization.

Future price changes do not retroactively change an agreed purchase or silently change an existing external subscription. Any change to an authorized recurring amount must be agreed and handled under the payment processor’s authorization requirements before the changed charge.

Failed payments and seven-day grace

Existing premium advertisers receive a seven-calendar-day grace period after a failed recurring payment to resolve the payment issue, while retaining their premium placement and position. FoundTrail confirms and records the failed payment and exact grace deadline manually, using the agreed billing record. We do not automatically release an advertiser’s position during that recorded grace period.

If the payment remains unresolved after seven days, premium display may be suspended. The position remains held for administrative review until FoundTrail releases it for another advertiser. Confirmed payment is recorded manually and may restore or continue the placement, subject to availability if it has already been released. Grace periods and payment confirmations are administered manually while recurring billing remains external. The website does not detect external failed charges or grant grace automatically; the operator must record the confirmed failure promptly. External payment processors may retry charges under the advertiser’s authorized processor terms; website notification retries are unrelated to payment retries.

Refunds

Our policy is a full refund if canceled before activation. Canceling future subscription renewals does not itself cancel the current paid period or trigger a refund. After activation, advertiser-requested early termination of that paid period normally does not receive a prorated refund. If FoundTrail cannot provide the agreed placement or ends an otherwise compliant placement early, unused paid time is refunded proportionately. Refunds are generally issued through the original payment processor. Canceling an external recurring subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the advertiser to a refund of the current paid period. Refund treatment following removal of materially noncompliant advertising is subject to the written order, applicable law, and payment processor rules. Exceptions required by applicable law or payment processor rules take precedence, along with any specific written refund agreement. No refund is issued automatically by this website.

Billing questions and disputes

For a billing question or dispute, contact info@phoenixorthodontists.net with the practice name and relevant subscription or payment reference. Do not send full payment card details. We review billing concerns promptly and coordinate corrections or refunds with the payment processor where appropriate. Contacting us does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable law or payment-processor rules, extend their deadlines, or require you to contact us before exercising those rights.

Expiration and standard listings

At the confirmed end date, or when a placement is ended, premium priority and premium-only content stop appearing publicly. The underlying standard practice listing, contact details, services, insurance information, and permanent practice URL remain, subject to normal eligibility and correction review. Submitted premium materials may remain privately associated with the practice for an approved renewal, under the applicable retention policy.

Advertiser materials and review

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted descriptions, claims, logos, photographs, biographies, and links, and for having the rights, permissions, and any necessary individual consents to provide them. Do not submit confidential patient information, misleading claims, unauthorized testimonials or photographs, or content that infringes others’ rights.

By supplying materials for an agreed placement, the advertiser permits FoundTrail to store, review, resize, format, and display approved materials for that placement and to retain them privately as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership. All submitted materials require administrative approval. FoundTrail may reject, request corrections to, withdraw, or remove misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful, or unauthorized content and may suspend or end a materially noncompliant placement, subject to the agreed order and applicable rights.

External links, availability, and responsibility

Independent practice websites and scheduling services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may maintain, correct, or temporarily interrupt the directory. FoundTrail may discontinue a directory or advertising service, with reasonable advance notice where practicable; if advance notice is not practicable, we will notify affected advertisers promptly. We will coordinate cancellation of affected external recurring subscriptions to prevent future charges for discontinued service. Paid advertising time that cannot be provided will receive a prorated refund, generally through the original payment processor, subject to applicable law and processor rules. We will address other failures to provide paid placements under the agreed advertising and refund arrangements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Changes to website terms will be posted with an effective date. Material changes to an existing advertising agreement require the parties’ agreement rather than retroactive changes to a paid period.
